How long it takes? I made an order but didn' t get any confirmation e-mail yet. Is it normaly? After done check out, it says "currently, your shopping bag is empty". Is it should be like that? Maybe I should try it again?

I returned an item to a store which I had purchased with one credit card. In the mean time I had canceled this card. When the clerk went to credit me she said she could only credit back that card, not the one I had to replace it. Was this just this stores policy, or is that just the way things are?
