Bankcard Empire apparently operates under the guise of a credit card processing company. They used some high pressure sales technique to get my senior citizen parents to invest k into buying phony leads that never even existed. Bankcard Empire never did any of the things that they said they would do for my parents. Now my parents are out k. Fortunately, they have saved all correspondance with BCE. I checked into the company and it is very suspect. There are a ton of bad reviews on Ripoff report.com. I have went as far as contacting a rep and I totally verified that they indeed have done nothing for my parents.
