I am loooking for the Merchant Account on my website. Recently, experienced a Chargeback that has absolutely no merit and has the cardholders signature. Not happy with how pp is handling it.
Any major bank – Bof A, Wells Fargo, Citi – any of them. Do a search on "merchant bankcard acquirers" and you’ll find a ton. Smaller banks contract with Independant Sales Organizations (ISOs) to do the work. Are you looking from a merchant point of view or a cardholder point of view?

Litle & Co. is one that comes to mind that specializes in chargeback management, but it depends on your size, etc.
