A cancellation fee should NEVER be higher then $300. But then again, you should try to avoid a merchant account provider that has a contract altogether. There are providers out there that offer month-to-month contracts that allow you to leave at any time without penalty. Always do your best to find a provider with this kind of contract as it ensures you that they will treat you well because they know you can leave at any time.</description>
