I am thinking about getting a job selling credit card processing. It seems like an extremely competitive field, and I suspect there is a lot of turnover, and I am looking for a little info from somebody that has experience in this area.
Is it a good opportunity?

All the credit card companies "process" their own cards. So you are either guiding potential customers to a credit card company; or you are doing debt consolidation where people pay you each month and you pay the credit card bills. Either way, you are running into too much competition. This does not look like a good opportunity.
I see you working directly for a major credit card company. That is where the opportunity lies if you are good with people..
