Back in the early 1990s,I made some websites.I did not have to ever join a group that sponsers or hosts a websites nor did I have to buy a domain.How come now,you cannot post a personally made website without purchasing a domain or joining a web business that will host and sponser your site?
because most people are behind a NAT nowadays meaning they cannot access your computer directly. You would need to log into your router and forward port 80 to your ip address or enable DMZ mode
