   well it depends on what the interest rate is because on top of paying back the loan you pay interest, and paying off 75000 in a year that $6250/mo and that doesn’t included interest but lets just say that the interest rate was 3% thats an additional 2250/mo so thats a total of 8500. when paying back the loan its important to send in double what is owed atm.

   If you take over that note, who’s going to pay that $75k within a year, and you would have to pay interest on the loan as well. What other income & assets do you have to repay that $75k + interest within a year? You would need a phenomenal amount of cash, assets, income, and the highest of credit ratings to be able to borrow that kind of money.

   If you have a solid track record with your bank, plenty of income & assets, a sound business plan with pro forma cash projections both assuming repayment of the note on time and assuming total loss on the note, then talk to your banker.

   Otherwise, you are on a fool’s errand. Since you say you’re trying to "break into" this realm of financial investments, chances are extremely high that you are the Greater Fool being set up to eat this note.
