I need to do credit card processing for my new business. People will need to order online and by mail. I need software that lets me type in a credit card number and the price I am asking for. Software should be .00 or less. Please help me!

Unfortunately there isn’t software available at that price. Processing credit card information isn’t trivial and has a lot of security ramifications that must be considered and no software will be that cheap that it properly.
The best you can do is use PC Charge Pro which will allow you to key n orders taken by mail and is also ECI compliant for Internet orders (although you need to make sure your website is PCI compliant if you are not going to be processing the credit cards in real time).
Your only other option is to use Authorize.Net which will allow your website to process credit cards in real time and offers a virtual terminal for mail orders. But that will cost you $15 a month.
If you want to accept credit cards as payment you have to accept that there are hard costs that can’t be avoided.
