I am purchasing a small business that has been in existence for 1 and a half years. I am using an SBA loan for the purchase. I did the first 2 steps: 1. Getting Certified through the Secretary of State and 2. Calling the IRS and getting an EIN (Employee Identification Number). After doing some research I thought getting a small business line of credit wouldn't be hard but I'm kind of stuck here.
