Can I receive paypal donations without a merchant account?
What kind of account do I need to accept donations into my paypal account? I don't need payments to go straight to my bank account or anything like that, although I would like my visitors to be able to donate with both paypal accounts and credit cards. Would a basic personal account be sufficient for this? Otherwise, what do I need to do?
