How do I become a credit card processing company?
I have been trying to find out how to open a credit card processing business. I'm in the wholesale business for gas stations and smoke shops and can get alot of my customers to switch their credit card processing to me but I cant find out how to start this business. Please help.
Is it legal to pass the credit card processing fee onto the customer?
It has only happened a few times, but I remember watching a news expose on stores and gas stations charge the credit card fee to the customers. Does anyone know if this is legal?
