what is the best pre approved credit card for rebuilding credit.?

I'm looking to get a credit card to rebuild my credit... not really interested in a secured card to deposit money first. I have paid off all my debt to hospital bills and student loans and am in the process of trying to get them to give me a good faith adjustment.
