What are the process's of filing for Bankruptcy ?
I have so much debt because of a ex.. hes now in prison but hes filed for several cash advances online adn supplied then with my account info when iwas younger i had some credit cards that are delinquent... someone mentioned to me that i may be better off filing for bankruptcy.... whats my best bet? and whats the process or this?
