I own a commercial apartment building that is 6 units, I only owe 0K and it's worth 0K. I own a home but I refinanced it and took a lot of money out to pay some bills and stuff... now I owe 0K and it's only worth maybe 0 and my mortgage went up to 00 a month.. What is the proper tax & GAAP treatment for legal & documentation fees on a refinanced mortgage? Expense? Amortize over life of loan? Treat it as Commercial property?
Refinancing Mortgage?
I want to refinance my mortgage but I live on Highway commercial property and I run a business out of my home. I can not find any one who will refinance me because of the business. I live in PA does any one know a company who can. Please Help!
