Merchant Account without a registered Business?
I sell various products, crafts, and services out of the home and have finally gotten to the point where using Paypal and other 3rd party payment processors is not preferred. I'm looking to find get a Merchant Account to handle my E-commerce needs but I dont have a registered business in California. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have a friend who want to launch an online store but doesn't want the hassle of opening her own merchant account.
