Unsecured Credit Card for People with bad credit?

Does anyone know of an unsecured credit card for people with bad credit? I am looking for one with a 0 credit limit. High APR is not an issue as I am not wanting to use the card, I basically need it t make it easier in car rentals and in helping me re-build my credit.

Get a credit card from local bank and pay it in time. You also can use this service to avoid common mistakes while buiding credit and pre-estimate future scores for different scenarios of payments – credit-report-free.totalh.com

Well, the check cashing place by my house promotes the "Momentum" visa, which is just this kind of card… I’m sure if you go to these types of places, you will find what you are looking for.

The ARC Travel MasterCard could be an option because I believe that it is very easy to get approved for that card. Try doing a Yahoo search or using a site like creditcards.com or creditcardchaser.com or something similar.
