I tried to order something online yesterday and gave them my credit card info. Today, I got an email from the company through which I placed the order saying the card had been declined twice. So, I called my credit card company, but they said no transaction had even been attempted. So, I called the online pace back and told the guy to try my card again and let me know if it still didn’t work. This was his reply:
I tried it again with the same result. This is what I’m getting.
15005: This transaction cannot be processed.
Processor Decline
Processor Response Code: 0051.
AVS: Y – Address and Zip Match.
I gave the processing company a call and they tell me that this is a "definitive decline," meaning that they will not accept your card for one reason or another and that I would have to get another form of payment from you. I did explain that you had spoken with your card company and that all was fine with them. They could not tell me exactly the reason why they wont take your card but it appeared that the # was on there suspicous list and that would be why it was not even sent thru to your card co.

You could try a different credit card and see what happens or just a different form of payment.
The clue could be "Address and Zip Match"
Do you live in a multi-unit building or have you recently moved? Processors sometimes make a list of addresses where fraud has taken place in the past because some people will do multiple frauds under multiple identities out of the same location. This can also nail you with the ship-to address if different from the billing address.
