I found that in yahoo small business for domain registration they have offered .95 yearly. I want to know whether this offer includes web hosting or I have to pay separately for web hosting?

$9.95/year doesn't include web hosting. Hosting alone will cost around $9 per month! If you are having problem choosing a web hosting to use, I suggest you do the following:
1. Go to the webhost review sites such as webhostingjury, hostingsthatsuck.com or webhostinggeeks and list down about 3 common top hosting companies.
2. Next, for each web hosting X, do a “X sucks” search on Google. Read some complaints and see if you may encounter the same problems like them. Some of the complaints may relate to certain groups of users only such as VPS, dedicated server users or resellers. So you may not be affected if you are not from these categories.
3. Eliminate those hostings you feel uncomfortable with, and look for the best bargain hosting for your money.
You can start with Justhost, Fatcow and Webhostingpad as they are cheap and reliable.

I've been a customer of G.Studio, http://www.g-studio.net/ for a couple months and they've been awesome. Some of their plans come with free domain name.

Yahoo Small business is way too expensive. Both their domain & web space are too expensive & give you nothing special. You need to pay $10 for the domain each year. In fact they dont have many hosted websites.
I suggest http://www.webhostingpad.com/2093.html. Everything unlimited & damn cheap. Also they give a DOMAIN FREE FOR LIFE.
